No need for grants on established homes , if there are to be grants it should only be around " new " builds .
Why have a stimulus on something already constructed ?
Excellent idea also on negative gearing , structure a paise out period , base gearing claims on " new " properties .
Now , the only problem with this idea , availability of land and the taxation base on land construction , price of land in incredibly high , we would have to be careful to make sure price of Raw land would not rise in line with any offered stimulus.
