Thanks @padhai for your insight! So, we have A$91.6mn cash in the kitty as of end Q1, only small amount left to be spent on Area 5, and A$100mn to be spent on Rentails. On the surface it looks like we should be pretty close to what I would call achieving true FCF. My only reservation would be that the A$100mn figure likely is too low given that the PFS was done 10 years ago.
