considering they will have 45% ownership of the JV... and as a holder in CXL... I feel this is a very good thing for them to have done - if the JV succeeds, they will be succeeding anyways.
Shame about the SP today, its a big down, hopefully 12 months time will see a SP far north of here. 95m shares traded today... ouch
