Emergency Assistance is a responsibility of federal Gov, in concert with State Gov. Each must pull their weight and the Morrison Gov has been extremely reluctant to do anything.... they have been what Morrison tried to warn the nation to avoid... a Do Nothing Gov. so we all avoided the LibCon Gov.
