It would appear that the major shareholder is pulling the strings. How much, I have no idea. But his name is mentioned often as the ultimate approver. He seems to be briefed on everything and is giving his advice on what should happen. I am not in direct contact with him, but I observe and hear from the sidelines.
Its not Sol's son that was hired. It was the major shareholders son.
