Looks to me like Commonwealth Bank want out of DUG and have since prior to IPO.
The fact nobody else wanted to refinance the Comm Bank debt also doesn't look good.
This company should never had IPO'd when it did as it was in such a poor financial state which the market obviously picked up on but the Funds on this register didn't. You have to question some of these Funds DD. Thorney have taken another whack to their portfolio here. They don't appear to be the best investors of late.
I wonder how much cash DUG have left after the pay down of the Comm Bank. Thats the only stat they didn't mention in this release.
