    If Jindal are selling down to meet the FIRB restriction, then it reaffirms how serious Jindal are about the deal.

    Sep. 28 MetalBiz--It is reported that FIRB is seeking for 15% restriction to the foreign investment in the local mining enterprises. FIRB warned that the business operated by foreign investors needs to be listed at Australia Stock Exchange and their lawyers can not use the complicated legal argument when applying for the approval.
