Not sure anyone comes here anymore, but just getting around to finally realising my losses with Empire oil and gas - so what's the best way to show my shares are worthless for tax purposes.
Also understand my capital loss can be used in ongoing tax years but not sure - any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Totally regret buying into this dog and getting sued - cheers Sean.
