It's early days , we got to see what they release to market . It could be some reverse engineered attempt to take it private. I mean seriously who's going to put 25k into this , one would be deemed certifiably insane. Anyway I suspect they are just covering their butts after a information leak. I doubt ASX gives a rat's about the gamblers who deal in these stocks , but we'll see.
Seeing as it's at the point of mining , and they have the backing , they could say we got 30-50 mill of public monies put into the family business. To date they have had some good advice on raising capital in a mercenary way. All without producing one ounce of gold.
