Yeah agree it's a massive punt. IF they did go back to profitability, not have any liabilities for properties evicted from and could right size business this could recover quite nicely. However the resignation of independent directors and CFO, plus lack of clarification on whether landlords who have locked them out can pursue them for rent not paid make this more likely could go to zero.

Interested to see how this plays out.
