IF YOU WANT OUTSMART A CROOK - YOU HAVE TO THINK LIKE ONE.

The price of everything we buy - from an apple to a battery - is determined by the availability of supply and the current demand for the product. But in order to maximise profitability and take full advantage of trends we 'need to be and stay one step ahead of the pack'.

The recent Goldman Sachs article that forecast a short-term downgrade in the world price of lithium was almost certainly designed to stem the supply of near term product and put smaller unfinanced projects and producers on hold or at least on the back foot. You can have all the product in the world, but if you don't have the finance to develop mines and processing facilities - then you don't stand a chance in competing against the larger and already financed companies. One thing is absolutely certain - interest rates are about to explode.

So if the above is true and there is no reason to believe that it isn't - then surely Sayona Mining Limited is sitting in the box seat - no debt, fully financed and set for production 1st quarter 2023 : 'One step ahead of the pack'. So perhaps we need to thank Goldman Sachs for their article that frightened the bejesus out of the market yesterday. Goldman's are heavily invested in lithium and they are no doubt increasing their investment - topping-up with shares in near term and already financed miners and producers who are set to take full advantage of the EV boom.
