I'm glad i've been enlightened on the fact that you can tell any one that no documents will be signed until i decide to take two months to get all the necessary approvals and know that they will sit their and wait for me to do all that and meanwhile they will forfeit any other better deals that could be offered to them! I've never had the luxury of that, i've allways had to sign when i've bought property etc.. saying i was committing to it and when my "subject to" were satisfied, I was not legally allowed to walk away from the deal. Maybie times have changed????????????????????????
