I think there is stock being unwound into the market after raising $5m with Fortrend Securities. This will keep some capping pressure as they unwind some of the stock to recoup the financing. So I think this will create , 'steps' in the share price chart. For instance if they complete their selldown at 17 cents, they might move to 20 and cap there for a period.
This new funding is becoming common as it is a simple form of finance form small caps without having to go to the banks.
