    Well, wasn't there but most reports back said:

    "He said it will be a matter of weeks for it all to be finalized"

    So, didn't say he was missing program at the AGM. To be fair, they did allude to it as they raised the fixed income bond option have to have "meetings".

    LOL. He ALWAYS says hopefully. "Never say never" is his other pet saying.
