will this stock ever become liquid?

Wondering if anyone here has any idea or suggestions on what will happen to this stock.

Getting very frustrating to see the shares so tightly controlled. Had hoped the recent placement would put some dilution into the stock to see it realize its true potential but it appears that the placement to sophisticates etc was just straight back to WGR and MLX although they did drop from about 74% control to 57% control woohoo.
