No the amount of Pure EV make up around 1% ...at present after how many years promoting EVs.... of course many hybrids ..and this really is the biggest growth market punters that want the best of both etc .... but they still burn mostly Fuels using oils etc ..
We just purchased latest KIA Sorento diesel ...its going be running for min 20yrs ....but thats the wife's auto ... I run an old 2007 Subaru Legacy wagon and been thinking about trading in for another 2007 one with much lower kms. ...as its a great cheap powerful AWD for us living in the mountains ... so that will likely be running for another 10yrs+ ,,thats 25yrs of use ...
I'm sure many ICE purchased now will be running fine in 25yrs etc ..
