Rabbit you are correct in what you say, IGR has totally underperformed most stocks and I must agree that the Managing Directors principal duty is to keep the company profitable, viable and keep the shareholders happy. He certainly hasn't made some of us shareholders very happy although some of the moves they have made will grow the company and make it profitable, but in my opinion it has taken too long and we have given shares away too cheaply a number of times. So as rabbit says was this for the benefit of the shareholders, it certainly makes you wonder!
