companies with sound fundamentals on the surface level can and do crash into the abyss; the reason will present itself later. Why are tech stocks getting smashed on earnings beats? Does it matter? Big interests are exiting with their superior information resources and models for forward projections. Share prices can absolutely be controlled by large interests - they do this with their liquidity.
