There have been a lot of "turned up noses" at supposedly inferior range fed cattle from far flung places like the NT.
Well, from a health perspective, range fed meet is considerably better for you than feedlot and/or grain fed meat ... and consider the exercise you'll get chewing 8))
Range fed is a real win win ... stuff the fatty pansy angus beef I say.
