Very true Jason , and of course that would present problems also ..although would be good for me personally .
You raise a good point however , thinking back to my childhood ..It seems incredible now , but the roads were not made in beautiful bayside Beaumaris until I was six or seven years , yet the housing density was about the same as today .
We lived on a 1200 squ metre corner block as was the market at the time , but the Cars had to put up with crushed rock ..over time the roads were made , which produced another problem , for the housing street levels changed with the making of the road ..Councils solution = provide FREE bluestone to affected residents ..lol ..
Much of that Bluestone is still in Beaumaris Victoria ..
But the intersting point ..40 odd years on , Density has hardly changed , a little ..but not much . This simply cannot continue and the likes of " save our suburbs " only help to make it more impossible to purchase in the Area .
