03boz, not sure about this but it may have been the go ahead after they had looked at all the arguments by other parties due to some of them wanting the process stopped due to proliferation reasons.
If so it is really great news???
These people were saying that it should be stopped because you could basically build a Silex enrichment system in a large shed, because it's footprint was much smaller than any existing method used for enrichment today, is this the green light perhaps?
My opinion is that a lot of the arguments were coming from competitors to the GLE process!
