There was a recent article I read (sorry but can't find it to link it here) that states basically, the big pharmas who are planning future M&A activities are happy with the recent share price pressure of all biotech companies in general. What's more, they would like to see the market caps of all those 'potential preys' to continue to drop.

I think that above is enough to tell clearly who would benefits from continued falls in high quality research biotechs. This is why it is important to keep track of the progress of IMU or any other biotech that ones hold. As long as the company continues to hit milestones and deliver positive results, then it is only a matter of time a big pharma would pull the trigger. And when that happens, I strongly believe it would be as low ball offer as they feel they can get away with. And this is why IMU is in a good position because there are already 4 big pharmas who have shown interest by having combination trials with IMU drug candidates. So when one big pharma pulls the trigger, chances are it would open the floodgate of more bids to come in.

As long term holders, our only concern should only be in the progress of the company. So far, as per the latest newsletter released by the company recently, everything is going fine and well. It gives a very good reminder of all that is in the pipeline. There has not been a single negative incident from the many ongoing trials. Meanwhile, there are many big pharma interests here. As long as this is the case, forget the share price. Only look at share price if one is trading or wishes to accumulate or need to sell for whatever reason. Otherwise, ignore the share price and keep eye on the final big prize to come.
