Well...really....theres a plethora of Huge reserves around ?? and by huge ....I mean...stupid-huge. It may very come to pass that every conceivable and plausible field will have to be tapped. The demand for Gas currently isn't anywhere near the projected of around even the near 5 years.

It's going to have to come from somewhere... theres any guess to the amount of Millions of Terrawatts that will be required to service the world as it goes "Electric". Eachway wants to build a Fast Train Netowrk ( something I don't mind as it happens ) and thats going to need a huge amount of power to run...Not going to do a Byron Bay Solar Shuttle here I'm affraid.

Now to these pristine waters.. you're just joking aren't you ??...As this notion was the very sentiment that the "scammers" came up with for the Eastern Caostlines. This being the same water raw effluent has pumped into it...the same water...100's of Ships dump ballst water into ?? It's just an ocean...like most of the others.. The grandstanding by the Woke Teals etc is just that....misinformation driving an agenda.

Where as Scummo had no bottle for a real fight....couldn't be bothered to face off with REAL facts you can bet the flip-flops will run to a chance to equivocate their previous stance and 'SELL' the idea of Gas Gas Gas...from wherever it may come...

The Flip Flops don't need to appease anyone...they'll do whatever they like... hell...just look at Vic !!

The reality is there's a very simple get out clause for the Flip Flops re Pep11...firstly they have their OWN precedents here. Secondly...the first application may be dead in the water ( punn intended ), but the 2nd one isn't . As far as the Gov ( new ) is concerned this could be a very easy win for them. It'd be very early into their term and who would really care what Steggal, Brandt or any other idiot screamsabout...the reality is there'd be something really solid to sell to the Electorate. At a time when the headlines read..GAS SHORTAGE.....UTILTY PRICES TO SOAR...so on and so on...do you really think Joe Bloggs and evern the Karens are going to care what no-real-policy pollies have to jump and down about...or wil lthey be more concerned about heating the home....filling the car....not forking out a 2nd-mortgage for the weekly shop??

Vey easy for a Gov to turn around and say... "Well in an Ideal World ......" ( but this ISN'T )... they'd then drown out the naysayers as suggesting it's what best for the country not a few rich tossers and wannabes ....after all Labor is about the Socialist Collective !!

For what it's worth....the chances of PEP11 are now better than they have been for the last couple of years.

Look at it Politically....who does Labor truly appease by knocking back PEP11 ?? The Coalition was ( it thought...and thought wrong ) supposedly on a slippery slope. Labor isn't here.

So ...all in all I fully expect ( well certainly won't be surprised ) should PEP11 now run its true unfettered course.

    The irony is amzing really.
