Stop shifting the goal post when you fall behind Cowboy. You argument was that the ‘tech did not exist’. Not that the tech ‘exist at scale’. The tech exist and the only reason it doesn’t ‘exist at scale’ is because we have not invested in building it to that scale.
It’s the same with the coal or fossil fuel tech generation capacity, it ‘doesn’t exist’ until it is built! Coal and Gas power plants or nuclear power plants take years to build..
