It is ugly indeed for all current shareholders. The only positive I can take away from the current situation is that the company is potentially a ripe takeover target with a current value sub 10M after factoring in cash/debt. Whether there’s any buyers out there willing to make a play to buy a decent revenue stream or even for other competitive advantage is another matter would be one way to force a change in leadership.

either way, I’m sticking it out for now…am glad I decided to lighten the position at 3x current SP, but otherwise not happy Jan…can’t say I’m even tempted to top up which says a lot about where we are. Frustrating stock when I see so much potential. The lack of delivery in execution and level of communication disappoints.
