    you cannot say there will be No takeover or merger because no one nows, look at bhp and rio trying to merge their iron ore projects. the best out come for shareholders would be to get up mining or very close (share price around 70c )more gold discoveries announced then one of the big boys like Barrick come along with take over offer well over a DOLLAR. That will do me
