weekend charting 8th jan 2010, page-41

Thanks master Robbbbbbb, Scilliams and gloveski, as I didn't expect you guys will reply to me. I just got into share market end of last year, I knew nothing abt trading. and I am lucky to find HC, and get to know you guys.

Now holding AXM(because when I looked at the chart, I thought it was at the bottom, now big loss), and GGP (low price with an expected good ann), and FML (ppl recommended it) I am just throwing the darts to low price stocks, expecting 100% rise, so silly. And then I bought bly and grr.hehe..smilling. set my limit Bly (49c) and Grr(39c). I followed master rob, but a bit lower, happy to get smaller profit.

Then I got to know "swing trade", mentioned by Selmax, confused at the start, and gradually knowing what's happenning. Instead of waiting for years, I can get the small profits within shorter timeframe, and stop the loss (minimise the risk, in order to have enough cash flow for other trading). and also I am happy most of week.

Scilliams, you are only 21, wow, good on you. could you please tell me how to set a stop loss, I am using etrade, do I have to pay extra? what I am doing it set a limit, and watching the screen very often and do the manual stop loss.

And you mentioned in short term trade, buy above EMA 41, sell below EMA 41. what is the time frame here? 1 week or 1 month? Selmax also mentioned buy above EMA 195, what's the difference?

gloveski, how to manage the risk at 1.5%, there are so many stocks in the market, do you just pick one and draw a chart, see if it suits? Thanks for your diversification strategy. excuse my English, what do you mean by "I am only just making any serious headway...but having a ball", mean you are accumulating wealth? lol

Master robbbbbbb, thanks for sharing with us. I know most of time you get it right. please don't retire too early, I heard selmax said you are next year. I will be very sad.
I just started, not fair to me..lol
