Working interest is the amount of the lease a particular company owns. The amount they pay for based on the % they own.
Jin are claiming via arbitration that they have bought a 15% shareholding in Dathcom....I have no clue what % working interest Dathcom have in Manono but lets say its 20% just for example.

IF Jin are a shareholder in Dathcom...., now own 15% of the 20% Wi via their shareholding in Dathcom so around 3% of the working interest could be the beneficial interest to Jin IF they are a shareholder in Dathcom

This is why I do not understand the AVZ arbitration announcement.
They talk about a 15% shareholding in Dathcom by Jin and then talk about the 15% interest being transferred to Jin.
They are 2 completely different things IMO.

I think this is lost on the AVZ threads.
Jin are only going to arbitration saying they are a 15% shareholder in Dathcom not that they own 15% of the lease.
