Our group was being sued for 60 million dollars between us. Brisc were very serious about bankrupting all of us, but a lot of manouvering got us out of it, but it took a Supreme Court case involving Bolton to absolve us of our debt, and that was around the end of April.
Brisc eventually in November dropped the chase with the other couple of hundred holders, so they had an extra 6 months of nightmare compared to our group...
While it was the most stress I have ever encountered, it ended up being the best thing I have ever done helping 28 other mum and dad holders out of the worst situation they have ever been in.
Ps, Our group all met mainly through HC, and one other stock forum!!
