Actually, just realised, that's to do with the 7 day public review period for AC, not AN. So at least AC is progressing.. although because of this f*wit, we'll probably expect to receive more than 3 public comments this time around. Not sure how groundbreaking they could possibly be, though, other than, "won't somebody PLEASE think of the cockatoo?!"
