Agree nothing he says will make any difference and that is exactly the point - he can down ramp all he likes but it won't change what will happen. Therefore what is he or any other of his vocal compatriots achieving, and the answer is nothing. Sure these comments could be ignored but then others would only be seeing one view, and the negative view seems to dominate this forum. All property is not a good investment - some is over priced, some is average priced and other cheap. That is why it would be far better to talk about areas as then it would have some real relevance, as all areas/properties do not behave the same at the same time. It is like saying the whole Australian stock market is over priced when some shares will be over priced, some will be average priced and others will be cheap. The fact of the matter is that broad overarching predictions are next to useless and don't really add any value to this forum.
