I have seen that Directors interest disclosure.

But it is a disclosure and not an issue of shares advice.

The 5,000,000 employee options were allotted 0n 19/5/20. It is in the annual report.

I have not seen a Directors interest disclosure when 4,156,205 shares were divested from his 33,000,000 allotment on Longland aquisition.

Did he get additional 5,000,000 employee options as a NED (as a non employee) expiring on the same date 30 September 2024. I don't think so.

Markyboy49 fell out with me after I questioned TAJ appointment as a non employee NED. Thats all there is to it.

I respect MB49 analysis and I am sorry that my posts have upset him, I'd rather he come back to the forum. I know I go over the top at times and have been moderated a number of times and suspended for weeks, but that just me. I mean no malice to anyone and I am a bit like a dog with a bone.

In my long ago former employ I was a Chartered Secretary (technically qualified) and I have loosely kept up to date with that profession. I now the ins and outs of board meetings and director appointments.
