    Parties involved have to agree to arbitration for an arbitral award to be reached... that's kind of the whole point of arbitration - it isn't a lawsuit.

    AVZ do not have to agree for an arbitration, and the case will not go ahead without their presence, unless Zijin decide to go to arbitration with Cominiere instead.
