Usually the JV agreement sets out how what where and when arbitration takes place. Also it usually stated that arbitration will be binding on all parties....because what's the point in having an independent body to determine these matters if any party can simply ignore them? For those here that are all over AVZ has anyone managed to find the JV agreement? There must be one otherwise there is no mechanism to sort out disputes.
