YUP, I'm absolutely sure there will NOT be a CR.
We have the funds to do it all out of our cashflows..
Believe me, there are lots of opportunities for land leases and things are turning into a buyers Market, but the BOD don't wish to overpay for any of it....they are doing an exceptional job!
I feel that my money is safe here in BCN.
Our SP will move and hold to Higher Highs and higher Lows, with more results....but ESPECIALLY Timor Leste' news this year.
