Been watching (and researching) ARF for a while now. Compared it to other REITS for a debt recycling strategy with my home loan. It's gotta be one (if not the best) REIT out there currently doesn't it?
If you look at its growth 91% in the past 5 years excl divs. Surely there aren't many other comping it? If so please let me know.
Am I missing something here?
What % does it make up in others portfolios as I'm thinking it can be a major part of mine. Happy to hear opinions.
