I agree Kincilla and it is exactly why I started this thread as they seem to rant and rant and what does it achieve? The answer is NOTHING, nothing anyone says here is going to change what will happen in the future. They seem to spend an inordinate amount of time here for an investment that most have no direct involvement in. The thing is they expect to be able to rant here unchecked, but if we did then only one side would be seen. This forum at it's best would be discussing up and coming investment prospects, asking for advice about a specific problem etc but instead it is littered with constant doom and gloom that needs to be refuted. The most laughable thing is that they constantly complain about RE spruiking but their numbers presented are no better they just present what they want to show. As with any investment individual investors need to do their own numbers and base their decisions on their information not someone else's.
