    Personally I don't give a rats what prices do in the next few years I am in for 20 to 30 years +, as property is a blue chip LONG TERM investment. Overall market growth may occur but I tend to think there will be price stagnation for the better part of the next decade. To say there will be a 40% drop everywhere is unrealistic and far from what is likely to be reality. The reality is some areas will be up some will be down, and others will be doing nothing.

    That is fine. But as always the same information will raise it's head again in this forum, and it will attract the same measured responses.
