Hi UT, what if (I know you don't agree) we are about to experience one of the worst asset bust in this country's history with sever ramification to the livelihood of ordinary Australians.
Would you not think that views questioning the merits of property investment and offer some level of scrutiny be irrelevant.
Would you not think highlighting the potential risks to market participants be irrlevant to what is an investment forum.
Ranting is when someone who repeatedly suggests that I missed out on big capital gains because I didn't buy properties (when I already pocketing my gains from "property investments" and reinvested in another asset class at the bottom of that asset cycle).
