    The only problem with that is MSB and FDA (and Teva) have agreed to 2 Phase 3 trials in heart failure to achieve approval.

    And only one has been conducted so far. And it failed to meet its primary endpoint.

    Apart from that, accelerated approval is an absolute certainty? rolleyes.png I think there is a way to go on this!

    BTW - I still believe CHF is their best chance!
