    Also noticed the average mortgage size is

    367,123 for Australia dec 2009


    So those going onj about house prices are too high yadda yadda please do soeme research and look at the ave mortgage size.

    Its not $500k or $600k....its 367k

    Ave wage 68k

    5.39 x income although 1.6 adults per household work so the 5.39 would be even less.
