I am also surprised at the price action. If somebody wanted out would be a perfect opportunity to pump the price and get the crowd excited and then discard of there stock.
SO possible reasons that this is not happening
1,Either they dont care and are not professional holders ( this is not the way to sell into good news)and need or want to get out.
2, Maybe a cap raise coming and wanting to get a better price in negotiations.
3, Wanting to put cold water on latest announcements to accumulate.
