    Does anyone know the actual status of the ERD submission? Wasn't the department supposed accept (or not) the ERD on 27 May, triggering 30 days public comment period?
    Did this acceptance occur and are we now in the 30 day public comment period? If so, why didn't the company announce such? Would seem a material development either way - if accepted or not accepted share holders should be informed. Right?
