Will you stop referencing FAR .... this is not FAR or the FAR JV Agreement.

This is AVZ.....has no relevance to what happened to FAR.

The Dathcom JV Shareholders Agreement clearly documents and specifies AVZ pre emptive rights and what the triggers are. Those Triggers have not yet been satisfied...so no party to the JV Agreement is able to sell any % of their Dathcom Shareholding to anyone at the moment, including AVZ selling to CATH. Thats a part of the reason the CATH deal needs to be extended until the Triggers are satisfied.

Read the Dathcom JV Shareholders Agreement and you will be enlightened and stop making yourself look foolish.
