I think another .15% but might be .25%. RBA can jack it up as much as they like in my opinion, I got no mortgage and I don't rent, so I am not impacted. But if the RBA overreach, which I have now been convinced by many that they will, then I might just take out an investment mortgage loan and buy an investment property if mass defaults start sweeping across the city. I do like a good bargain.
