Mars can you see any strategic logic here because I can't? Zero details at the moment but it looks like it's purchasing an income stream... and that for me is a euphemism for empire building. Can't see where any benefit in one business might be able to be leveraged through the other....where are any synergies? Do SKT think they can extract costs from a long PE run operation? I suspect your previous post "that the intrinsic value on offer is high enough to withstand a considerable amount of mediocrity" might well just get tested.I hope this might flush out any suitors for SKT
