Overland conveyors have always been an option provided there is a viable access corridor. I agree they will give back a fair few savings trucking this to port if that's the route they choose to go down.
Some food for thought though.
The offtake agreement is for manufacturing, all distribution is to be undertaken by Koch (from what I understand). Basically meaning once it is out of the process and on a stockpile they wipe their hands of it. So using that logic they have saved the capital as those costs will have to be worn by Koch
