It is up to each fund to decide when to rebalance.
There seems to be a general misunderstanding of how index funds operate. They are 'tracker' funds, so they don't match the ASX index exactly. So, some funds may have already anticipated the changes and begum accumulating or divesting in advance of the index changes. They may also take time after the change to rebalance.
