In the case of PCL at this stage, I'm inclined to think that no news is good news. Getting news of a farm-in at this stage could indicate the board jumping at the first opportunity. The wait here can go one of two ways:
- None of the the four are ultimately interested in a farm-in deal and they are not releasing this information to market
- More than one of the four are interested in a farm-in deal and PCL are playing hardball to get the best deal possible
