Not quite sure what you're trying to say here mate. The 10m share transfer was simply a reshuffle from one entity controlled by him to another. Clive has had 18,000,000 shares for quite a while (look at 6 August change in substantial holding for example).

The company secretary thing is odd although I can stomach that. They don't do much anyway.
